Over the years, Giulia has gained extensive experience in civil litigation and consulting, representing and defending individuals and corporations.
Since the internship, she has particularly deepened her knowledge of insurance law, dealing with the assessment of multiple claims (IP, casualty, motor, product liability, D&O), as well as the drafting of acts and opinions in the field of professional liability.
Thanks to the acquired experience, also through the collaboration with companies that offer claims management and settlement services, today Giulia assists the main insurance companies during every phase of the claim, from pre-litigation to judgment.
