He has experience in transaction advisory for domestic and foreign entities. He supports clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions (both in asset deal and share deal transactions), at all their stages, including in drawing up share purchase agreements, investment agreements and shareholder agreements. He participated in and supervised numerous due diligence processes. He carried out and supervised the reorganization of capital groups.

- Advising a London-based private equity fund on its investment in an IT company, including coordination of the due diligence process, ongoing advice on operation of the companies in Poland and support related to preparation of a share purchase agreement.
- Advising a British coffeehouse company in sale of part of its business, including assistance to the client in collecting and preparing the relevant internal documentation, preparation of the transaction documentation and participation in negotiations.
- Advising a Swedish venture capital fund on its investment (round A) in an e-sports agency, including coordination of the due diligence process, preparation of a plan of reorganization of current business and preparation and negotiation of an investment agreement and shareholders' agreement.
- Advising a group of companies (industrial sector) on a cross-border, multi-stage business reorganisation, including merger, transformation and a number of share transfers of group companies.
