Karen defends personal injury claims for a number of major insurers in both the County Court and High Court. Her caseload frequently includes road traffic, employer’s liability and public liability claims.
She is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland, the Belfast Solicitors’ Association and the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL). She is also the Northern Ireland representative of the FOIL Motor Sector Focus Team.
