Experience
Kimberley enjoys a broad civil and commercial practice representing both claimants and defendants. Her work has included personal injury, RTA litigation in particular credit hire disputes, consumer rights disputes, property and contractual disputes.
Kimberley is regularly instructed for final hearings with experience in both fast track and small claims matters. Further Kimberley has vast experience in interlocutory hearings such as application hearings, CMCs, CCMCs and stage 3 hearings.
Prior to pupillage, Kimberley previously worked as an Ombudsman where she worked with both retailers and consumers to resolve legal disputes. Further, Kimberley gained advocacy and drafting experience as an In-house Advocate with DWF, previously working on a range of civil and commercial matters. This role also included a secondment to a BT working within their legal department dealing with consumer disputes.
Kimberley is also available for drafting instructions, with experience in both advisory work as well as the drafting of statements of case and applications.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys walking her dog, travelling and volunteering as a Brownie Leader.
