Throughout her career, Kirsty has provided constructive and commercial advice on a wide range of disputes including debt recovery, access rights, landlord/tenant, defamation, construction, breach of contract, partnership, company and shareholder, interdict and insolvency. Kirsty regularly appears in the Sheriff Court is experienced in conducting Court of Session litigation. Kirsty is also aware of the importance of alternative dispute resolution, and has experience in high-value arbitration and mediation.
