Laura has over 25 years' experience working in the professional services industry, providing support to a wide range of clients from large multinational corporations to smaller UK groups.
Prior to establishing the DWF Corporate Secretarial team (in October 2017), she was the Lead Senior Company Secretarial Manager at Eversheds Sutherland LLP, overseeing the maintenance of over 2,000 UK statutory records.
As part of her role, Laura advises on a wide range of corporate secretarial practice areas including subsidiary management and compliance, entity reorganisations and restructures, and the provision of board support. She enjoys working closely with clients with regards to their outsourcing requirements, ensuring that our service provides an extension to their corporate secretarial model, providing increased efficiency and reduced risk.
Laura also manages the Corporate Secretarial team's relationships with our colleagues within the wider DWF business, providing guidance in respect of CA2006 requirements, corporate governance matters, and transactional support.
