Lidia specialises in public law and administrative law with a specific focus (counsel and litigation) on procurement law, construction law, project financing (public partnership law) and public infrastructure. She has also expertise in the planning and environmental law.
She used to be a co-founder and partner of Studio Biagetti & Partners and used to be partner of Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners where she was in charge of procurement department.
Lidia assists private and public companies, as well as public authorities and local entities.
She is the author of publications in different specialized magazines and books.
