Melissa qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and has acted for a wide range of clients in her career. Prior to specialising in Telecoms, Melissa acted in all aspects of commercial property together with agricultural property. Melissa had a particular interest in the Electronic Communications Code and acted for a number of land owners in renewal agreements and transfers/sales. Since being with DWF, Melissa has acted in a number of transactions including forced site moves, decommissioning and surrenders and drafted complex lift and shift provisions.
