Myles is an Associate in the Insurance team, specialising in defendant personal injury litigation on behalf of large insurer clients. He advises on a broad range of motor, employers' liability and public liability claims, acting from the earliest stages of a claim through to contested litigation.Myles has experience advising clients on liability, quantum, indemnity and procedural issues. He regularly works with claims handlers, insureds, experts and counsel to develop effective litigation strategies and deliver commercially focused outcomes for clients.
Having worked internationally during his career, Myles brings a broad perspective to insurance litigation and claims management. He combines strong technical expertise with a commercial understanding of the challenges faced by insurers, enabling him to support clients throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
