Experience
Rebecca is responsible for nurturing DWF's deep commitment to social responsibility and achieving impact through pro bono. She leads DWF in building meaningful partnerships with community organisations, providing legal assistance to not-for-profit organisations and individuals who are otherwise unable to access legal assistance, and partnering with commercial and community organisations on strategic volunteering initiatives.
Rebecca has significant experience connecting lawyers to a broad range of pro bono opportunities, globally and locally. Throughout her private practice career, Rebecca has advised charities and not-for-profit organisations, and participated in a diverse range of outreach programs supporting individuals experiencing disadvantage. She has held multiple leadership roles in the community legal sector, including as a program director, overseeing the strategic direction of a number of legal programs focussed on improving access to legal help for individuals and not-for-profit organisations across Victoria and New South Wales.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Business, Rebecca holds a Masters of Public and International Law and a Graduate Certificate in International and Community Development.
