As Senior Manager Sakshi has worked with multiple clients on reviewing, redlining, and negotiating NDAs and has performed internal technology analysis and consulted on integration into other platforms. Sakshi also works with clients to prepare plans and set the scope of projects. She ensures the training and staffing level needs, relevant deadlines, and applicable budget.
Prior to joining DWF, Sakshi worked for multiple prestigious corporations and tier 1 law firms. She was most recently a Senior Legal Executive at a top law firm in India. She has nearly a decade of experience drafting complex contracts/agreements (including commercial contracts, debt agreements, stakeholders’ agreements, acquisition agreements, etc.), legal due diligence and legal/regulatory compliance.
She has also conducted and led transaction specific diligence for various industries such as healthcare, real estate, media, pharmaceutical, insurance and banking.
Sakshi holds a law degree from DES Law College, Pune University.
