Stephen is admitted to the Roll of England and Wales and Northern Ireland, specialising in construction law with experience in both non-contentious and contentious matters. Stephen has significant experience in relation to high value and complex transactional matters and disputes, acting for a broad range of clients, including developers, housebuilders, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, investors and funders in various industries, including infrastructure projects and development projects.
Stephen drafts, reviews and provides advice in relation to all forms of construction documentation including construction and engineering contracts, consultancy appointments, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees and framework agreements and any other ancillary agreements.
He also has considerable experience in all kinds of disputes, including fire safety and cladding disputes, claims relating to defective design and workmanship and other general disputes such as entitlement to extensions of time and money.
