Stuart is an experienced Partner who leads the fraud team in our Liverpool office, our Motor Centre of Excellence. He qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has worked in the Insurance sector at DWF for more than 25 years.He has specialised for many years in the defence of all types of counter fraud litigation, working in partnership with insurance company clients to assess their fraud risk with a view to developing their fraud prevention and detection strategies and in the process minimising their indemnity spend.
He has a proven track record for delivering a first class legal service to insurers, skilled in all aspects of Fraud Investigations, Strategic Partnering, Personal Injury Litigation and Counter Fraud strategy,
When he isn't working Stuart likes to chill out by playing the guitar and keeping fit at the gym.
