Marta is an attorney-at-law and a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department of DWF, Poland.
She focuses on the full spectrum of issues connected with disputes before the national courts with emphasis on disputes pertaining to infrastructure. Her experience includes contract management and advisory for complex infrastructural projects based on FIDIC contracts.
She has a considerable experience in advisory on projects conducted by companies producing trains and infrastructure systems for railways.
