Our Islamic Finance team provide innovative advice and solutions in relation to legal and regulatory aspects of Islamic finance transactions. We combine our expertise and experience in Islamic and conventional finance to deliver the commercial, practical solutions our clients need.

We work with both investors and issuers/borrowers to deliver products based on the principles of Shari'ah. We have advised on a number of loan transactions as well as on sukuks, derivatives products (IIFM and derivative products based on other Shari'ah compliant structures) and have developed bespoke standard form documentations for financial institutions.

Our Islamic Finance team have worked with different Shari'ah committees and advisors to structure some of the world’s most complex and innovative Islamic finance transactions. In the process, we have represented a range of institutions, including sovereigns, corporates and banks.
