DWF has advised Cesynt Advanced Solutions, a leading ICT consulting and services company, in the admission of its shares to trading on the Euronext Access market, a multilateral trading facility (MTF) operated by the Paris Stock Exchange.
The DWF team which handled the corporate, regulatory, contractual and listing profiles of the transaction, was led by Luca Lo Po', Partner, Mario Distasi, Senior Associate, Claudio Saba, Associate, alongside Of Counsel Roberto Culicchi, who recently joined the DWF's capital markets and financial services team.
