DWF'sItalian office assisted the shareholders of Opstart and Opstart S.r.l., a portal operator authorised under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of 7 October 2020, in the acquisition, on a paper-for-paper basis, of the majority of the share capital of Back to Work 24 S.r.l., also an operator authorised under the same regulation.
The DWF team that assisted Opstart and its shareholders in the contractual and acquisition profiles was composed of partner Luca Lo Po', European head of the firm's capital market practice, and associate Isabella Marchetti.
