DWF assisted Olon S.p.a, an important operator in the pharmaceutical field situated in Italy, in the acquisition of Huvepharma Italia. 

Olon Spa is a world leader in the development and production of pharmaceuticals active ingredients for the CDMO and generic markets, integrating chemical synthesis and biological processes, complying the highest international standards of safety, quality and environment.

DWF operated as Olon advisor with a team composed by the managing partner Michele Cicchetti and by the counsel Matteo Polli.
