She is an advisor of entrepreneurs and companies (start-ups, spin-offs) throughout all the life stages of their projects, as well as knowledge-generating centres and private investors. Likewise, she has vast experience in the design and implementation of incubation and acceleration initiatives, corporate venturing, and venture building, both in the ideation phase and in the execution itself.
In M&A matters, she provides advice on restructuring operations for corporate groups, joint ventures, financing rounds, and sale and purchase operations, including the coordination and execution of due diligence projects.
In addition, she provides recurrent advice on aspects of company law and in matters regarding general contracts.
Ana Belén is vice secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies. She has been a teacher of various Master's programs, including Master’s Degrees at the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) and the San Pablo University – CEU. Moreover, she also actively participated in the elaboration of the Thomson Reuters Aranzadi publisher's Practicum on Commercial Companies (2016 edition and 2017 and 2018 updates).
