Damian has over 25 years' experience advising on a huge range of transactions across the real estate sector. He is equally comfortable advising investors, developers, end-users and funders.
The breadth of his practice makes him ideally placed to anticipate the needs of counterparties to a transaction, ensuring his clients receive focused, practical advice to deliver their commercial goals. He regularly acts for inward investors into the UK, particularly large investment funds in Europe and Asia.
He is also client relationship partner for some of our largest corporate occupier clients with an international real estate footprint.
Damian is committed to effective innovation in the legal services sector. He works collaboratively with clients to ensure that his teams are fully integrated with theirs to deliver results on time and in budget.
While based in London, he works with our teams globally to ensure that the right people are working in the right way to provide excellence to our clients.
