Experience


Dominika's professional background and experience include the representation of and advisory for clients in construction and technical disputes (litigation, arbitration and mediation; domestic and international), as well as the representation of clients in general commercial disputes, including corporate disputes. She has acted for clients who are active in the infrastructure, commodities and energy industry sectors, and who performed a variety of contractual roles during the life-cycle of construction projects (i.e. Dominika has acted for contractors, sub-contractors and employers). Her experience also involves claim management (including EoT, LDs, claims for payment, defect claims, etc.) and advisory for construction clients prior to disputes emerging. Her advisory has scoped the FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Yellow and Red Books), as well as EPC bespoke contracts, which she has also negotiated and drafted. She has advised in relation to contracts concluded under the Polish public procurement rules, as well as fully private contracts (concluded outside the public procurement regime).
