He frequently takes on the legal management of all types of litigation and arbitration processes of both corporate and contractual nature. Additionally, he regularly advises on M&A operations, venture capital and private equity, corporate restructuring, and real estate transactions.
He acts as a Secretary and Vice Secretary on the board of directors of multiple companies in various sectors, both listed and unlisted.
He has extensive experience advising family businesses, having executed a multitude of generational succession processes and led the preparation of family protocols.
Before joining DWF-RCD, Francisco advanced in his professional career at Montero | Aramburu and, later on, at Zurbarán Abogados, as a partner of their corporate and commercial department.
