Heather is an experienced Associate Solicitor of 10 years PQE who specializes in defending corporate entities and individuals investigated and prosecuted for health and safety offences (including manslaughter), trading standards offences, environmental offences, food safety offences, transport and road traffic offences, and also advises on coronial law. Heather can also provide legal training on regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
