With a background as an Operational Director of a FTSE 250 global construction multidisciplinary consultant Ian brings strong project, programme and commercial management experience/expertise to Connected Services, adding a valued differentiation to the Adjusting offering.
Ian was also the national head for Commercial Services, innovating cost management delivery as well as ensuring commercial compliance.
Ian's experience crosses all construction sectors including contractors and design/construction consultants.
