Experience

Jakub works as a Senior Associate in the Banking, Finance and Insolvency Litigation Department at DWF in Poland. He is experienced advocate representing clients in corporate, commercial and civil disputes. He represented clients in multifaceted corporate disputes, in particular court proceedings challenging resolutions of bodies of capital companies. Jakub represents both companies and shareholders in these disputes. He also represents shareholders at general meetings and comprehensively advising and supporting companies in organizing general meetings.
