Jonathan is very experienced in commercial property disputes and deals with high value and complex disputes relating to all elements of commercial property. He regularly advises on multi-million pound rent review disputes; dilapidation disputes and disputes relating to development land. He acts for both landlords and tenants of commercial property including a number of regular household names.
Jonathan is also a specialist in public law challenges having acted on some very notable cases such as representing the Olympic Park Legacy Company in its defence of a judicial review action against Tottenham Hotspur FC.
Jonathan is a member of the Housing Litigation team at DWF and regularly advises landlords in the various residential sectors.
