Laura has a diverse range of experience in commercial litigation, specialising in professional indemnity defence work. Laura specialises in the defence of professional indemnity claims of all disciplines (surveyors, accountants, brokers), but with a particular emphasis on solicitors. Laura also advises insurers on coverage issues including those relating to fraud and dishonesty.
She also has experience of multi-jurisdictional litigation in the marine and reinsurance sectors.
Laura also regularly advises insurers and companies in relation to compliance with sanctions regimes
Laura has had experience of claims handling in-house through several secondments.
