Lech Najbauer is an attorney-at-law and a Counsel in DWF Warsaw office.
He practices in the areas of corporate and administrative law, and in commercial transactions. Lech's experience includes representing Polish and foreign companies in corporate law matters, sale or purchase of shares; mergers and acquisitions — specifically in relation to anti-monopoly issues.
Lech also works on agreements for the provisioning of various services to companies. His experience additionally encompasses competition issues and compliance aspects, as well as anti-monopoly proceedings.

- Representing Darling, ATI, PGE, UTC, Enter Air, PZU and many other companies in proceedings for merger clearance.
