He deals with numerous insurers throughout the country, focusing primarily on suspected fraudulent motor insurance claims.Mark deals with the full range of motor fraud issues including policy inception issues, staged accidents and fraud rings. He also has management responsibility within the team to ensure both high technical standards and quality service are delivered to clients.
Mark is also experienced in dealing with both employers and public liability claims, with an emphasis on technical issues.
Prior to moving into the fraud arena, his primary practice involved employer liability claims, acting both for insurers and a FTSE 100 self-insured international engineering/project management company. He still continues to receive instructions in this area, which include dealing with technical insurance issues.
When not dealing with law, Mark is an avid armchair watcher of most sports and practises DIY.
