Marta is an attorney-at-law, Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Department in Poland. On a daily basis, she cooperates with offices in Warsaw and the UK.
Marta has wide experience in domestic and international work. She specialises in banking, financial and corporate law. She has participated in a number of financing and refinancing transactions, including property finance, acquisition finance and project finance.
Prior to joining DWF, Marta worked at leading international law firms.
Marta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and she graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Warsaw School of Economics. She studied at Singapore Management University. She speaks Polish and English.
