Experience
Marta, since the beginning of her professional career, has been associated with large international law firms where she gained extensive experience in providing services to clients from the creative industry, delivering legal advice in intellectual property matters including anti-piracy, protection of fair competition, trade secrets, IT and film production. She is a graduate of Law Studies, English Philology, and Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law. For over four years she held the position of an in-house counsel at BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego, a subsidiary of Robert Bosch. Her experience covers implementation of compliance systems, including those addressing the GDPR. Marta also has significant experience in transactional work.
