He is particularly active in the field of D&O insurance and advises insurance companies as well as managing directors, board members and other executives on all issues of internal and external liability as well as on questions regarding coverage by the insurer.
While completing his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Munich, he worked primarily in the area of litigation and insurance law.
