Her experience includes acting for corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and lenders on complex cross-border leveraged finance transactions across several jurisdictions in EMEA, North America and Australia.
Neetu has experience of advising US lenders and start-up entities on venture debt and security structures and regularly advises lenders and large corporate borrowers on refinancings and IBOR remediation projects.
She has also acted on real estate, receivables and project finance deals.
She has in-house experience at HSBC having completed a secondment in the transaction management team within the commercial banking origination team.
Neetu is in the Finance and Restructuring team and is based in Dubai.
