Paola supports companies in the day-to-day management of employment relationships and industrial relations, ensuring a comprehensive and strategic approach to HR issues.
Before joining DWF, she gained significant experience in the Employment department of a leading international law firm, further enriched by a period of collaboration with a major banking institution. This experience enabled her to develop an in-depth understanding of business dynamics and client needs.
Paola earned a PhD in Labour Law and Industrial Relations from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, presenting a thesis on the employer’s power of monitoring and control. She continues to collaborate with the same university as an adjunct lecturer in labour law, contributing to the training of future professionals.
