Experience
Paola Mariani graduated at the University of Genoa in 2004 and enrolled with the Milan Bar Association in 2009. She joined DWF after wide experience in the employment department of a leading international law firm and a period of secondment to an Italian bank.
She gained a Ph.D. on employment law and unions relationships at the "Università del Sacro Cuore" in Milan, with a dissertation on the employer's power to monitor and control its employees. She is still collaborating with the "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" in Milan, as visiting professor on employment law.
