She has experience of advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both sell-side and buy-side), private equity and joint ventures, particularly in the insurance and financial services sectors. Raeesa was ranked as a Rising Star in the Legal 500 2022 for London M&A deals up to £50m and was recommended in particular for her M&A work in the insurance and financial services sector.
