Experience
Robert has over 20 years post qualification experience working in personal injury. He joined DWF's catastrophic injury team in 2011, based in the Liverpool office. He has a broad knowledge of injury claims, including those involving amputation, traumatic brain injuries, fatal accident claims, chronic pain conditions and the most serious orthopaedic injuries.
Robert advises insurers on complex liability disputes and enjoys the opportunity to visit and interview clients and witnesses first hand.
He has had success in claims involving surveillance, allegations of fundamental dishonesty, failure to properly effect service and claims issued outside of limitation.
Robert has considerable advocacy experience in attending inquests and preliminary hearings.
