Hamish's knowledge derives from roles in both the public and private sectors, as well as personal qualifications in health and medical law, and aviation (pilots licence). He is experienced in pre-proceedings investigation and negotiations, and has successfully litigated matters before the State's highest courts, as well as the Queensland's Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and the Industrial Relations Commission.
