With a wealth of experience in both contentious and non-contentious work, Julie provides advice to employer clients in a range of sectors and to individuals in executive and senior management positions. Julie provides day to day employment and HR strategy advice to clients, covering; disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management, redundancies and restructuring, changes to terms and conditions of employment and diversity and inclusion issues. She has also advised on the application and effect of TUPE regulations.
