DWF invites you to two webinars which will provide practical advice to company Boards of Directors and in-house counsel to prepare for and manage litigation risk. Partners Slava Kiryushin and James Fox and Associate Joshua Coleman-Pecha, all from our Dubai office, will present on a range of topics as well as taking questions from the audience.
Agenda
Following on from Session 1, we will explore the way that in-house teams and external counsel can collaborate in order to resolve disputes in a cost-effective manner. The session will explore practical tips on in-house project management, navigating expert selection, working with experts and what steps can be taken to ensure that external counsel are not "wasting time".
