DWF supports Criticaleye's CEO retreat in May

20 March 2025

DWF, a leading global provider of integrated legal and business services, will be supporting Criticaleye's CEO Retreat, as a Retreat Partner, on 15-16 May 2025 at Pennyhill Park Hotel.

Criticaleye is a global leadership community that provides support, advice, and networking opportunities for senior executives and Board members to help them navigate complex business challenges and drive long-term growth. The CEO Retreat will explore "When Leadership Goes Faster," and welcomes back DWF’s expert team alongside an audience of CEOs, Board members, and other senior executives.

The Retreat offers a mix of informative interviews and panels, along with roundtable and one-to-one discussions. These sessions enable guests to share experiences, ask questions, and offer support.

Key topics will cover innovation, long-term growth, large-scale transformation, technology-driven competitive edge, global business leadership, and building value through M&A.  As the only law firm member of Criticaleye, DWF brings a unique legal perspective and expertise, enhancing the network's ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and providing invaluable insights into corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.

At the last CEO Retreat, Tracey Groves, Head of Sustainable Business & ESG Advisory Practice, Partner, DWF, spoke to members about getting social responsibility right, taking a deep dive into what organizations are doing to ensure day-to-day delivery aligns with the wider purpose and strategy.

Tracey commented, “Attending and supporting the Criticaleye CEO Retreat is a great opportunity for us to collaborate with leaders from across multiple disciplines and business sectors. These events facilitate a high level of honesty and openness around the real issues senior executives and Boards are facing, so we learn as well as contribute to the rich discussions taking place.”

Hilary Ross, UK&I Regional Managing Partner, DWF, adds: “Supporting the Criticaleye CEO Retreat allows us to engage with top leaders and share insights on the leadership capabilities needed to be successful. We look forward to contributing to the discussions and learning from the experiences of other senior executives.”
