DWF has appointed regulatory partner Robbie Constance as the business continues to boost its City team. Robbie specialises in financial services with a focus on conduct regulation, proposition and distribution and the associated risks.
Joining from corporate and insurance law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC), Robbie brings with him more than 16 years' experience of regulation and risk in financial services. He has a particular interest in the investments / wealth and asset management and insurance sub-sectors, and fintech (such as so-called robo advisers). Robbie also provides consultancy services to clients on payments, consumer credit and funds regulation, and acts for firms and their senior managers across the full range of financial services, dealing with investigations and systemic risk management.
