DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, is delighted to announce the addition of three partners to its Warsaw office, effective from 1 January 2025. Beata Balas-Noszczyk, Tomasz Grygorczuk and Bartosz Romanowski, along with their team are set to join from Hogan Lovells.

This move will further strengthen DWF’s Commercial Services offering, particularly in insurance and financial services, enhancing its ability to serve clients in Poland and across Europe.

The new additions bring a wealth of experience and are highly regarded as one of Poland's leading M&A and regulatory practices for insurance and financial services. The team is also recognised for its expertise in intellectual property, media, technology and energy.

In addition to the three partners, the team also includes Counsels Karol Ruszkowski and Aleksandra Kuc-Makulska as well as several associates.
