DWF advises Imad Ventures on investment in construction tech company Neuron Factory

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised Imad Ventures on its investment in the construction technology company Neuron Factory.

Imad Ventures, the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) arm of Nesma & Partners, is dedicated to long-term investments in transformative, early-stage construction technologies that enhance productivity, sustainability, and innovation. The initiative is focused on addressing challenges that cannot be solved using traditional methods in construction. Focusing on high-impact areas, including technologies that represent the future of construction and operational practices, Imad Ventures supports the development of a more efficient and sustainable built environment.

Neuron Factory, Inc., is a company founded by technology leaders from Microsoft and Waymo, and brings together broad domain expertise, ranging from large-scale AI systems and model training to data center construction. The company’s AI-powered preconstruction platform – designed to streamline workflows, augment teams, and boost productivity across complex large scale construction projects –has already been deployed in production with some of the world’s largest and most innovative construction and building technology companies. 

The DWF team was led by Dhruv Chhatralia BEM (corporate partner and head of Venture Capital).  Natasha Allen (corporate partner) and Trevor Mullin (associate) at Foley advised on the USA law aspects of the transaction.
