Experience
Carole is a corporate lawyer with more than 25 years' experience. She advises both French and international companies on corporate, regulatory and contractual matters, including M&A operations, project development work, complex transactions (such as JVs), shareholders agreements, FIDIC, EPC and O&M contracts or commercial contracts.
She assists across a range of sectors with a particular focus on energy transactions with worldwide industry expertise and extensive experience in renewable energy, retail and technology and communication sector.
Carole has advised clients in different countries including in Europe and North Africa, West Africa, Turkey or Vietnam and Indonesia.

- Carole is a member of the Board of Directors of the French chapter of the US Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the French Renewable Energy Syndicate (SER) and Women in Infrastructure.
