Experience

Dipti Gosavi is an Assistant Vice President, Delivery at DWF. She is also the Practice Lead for the Contracts Management service line, specialising in end-to-end execution of high-level contract projects and other niche CLM projects. She studied law at Government Law College, Mumbai after completing her bachelors in commerce. As a Practice Lead, she has been involved in preparing plans with clients to set out the scope of projects, the training and staffing level needs, relevant deadlines, and applicable budget.

She also collaborates with various teams across DWF Group for global project management within the contract’s domain. She has worked with clients on reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts, led pilots for complicated banking projects, along with training the team for contract types specific to UK laws. She works closely with senior management/leadership teams, building long-term relationships with her clients to provide strategic and focused advice on effective contracting solutions.

Prior to joining DWF, Dipti served as an in-house counsel for multiple organisations and was involved in managing contracts and transactions for manufacturing and consultancy sectors. She has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts.

She has also been involved in acquisition and merger deals on documentation and due diligence front. She has over 10 years' experience as a corporate lawyer. Her expertise spans all aspects of contracts law including drafting, negotiating various commercial contracts, managing documentation for strategic transactions, risk identification, CLM, etc.
