His expertise spans leveraged finance, corporate finance, and real estate finance, as well as refinancing. He supports clients throughout the entire transaction life cycle, from structuring and due diligence to documentation, closing, and post-closing matters.In addition, Enzo has gained valuable experience in corporate law through his involvement in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions during his previous roles.
