Gary specialises in health and safety, food and product safety, environmental and regulatory matters, corporate manslaughter, contaminated land and planning enforcement.
Gary has over 20 years' experience in this area, including holding various roles as a prosecutor for local authorities and environmental bodies. This allows him to provide clients with a specialist insight into the enforcement techniques adopted by regulators and the most appropriate methods to take to ensure the best chance of avoiding a prosecution.
His clients range from multinational companies to one-man bands and often come from the construction, food and retail sectors. He recently advised on one of the few prosecutions that have, so far, been brought for corporate manslaughter.
