Experience 


Julie co-leads the UK National Public Sector Real Estate Team and advises on large development and regeneration projects including capital projects, forward funding and income strip deals.

Julie acts for Homes England, Royal Borough of Greenwich, London Borough of Newham, Money & Pensions Service, The Insolvency Service and local authorities such as Wigan Council, Swansea Council,Conwy County Borough Council, Wirral Council and Guildford Borough Council.

Recent Projects 


  • Royal Borough of Greenwich on various regeneration programmes including in relation to the Woolwich Exchange CPO land acquisition strategy.
  • Homes England in relation to a large multi-phased 200-acre development project including delivery of education establishments, 3,000 new homes and £102m infrastructure and link road.
  • Swansea Council on its £1 billion GDV Strategic Sites project involving multiple assets.
  • Wirral Borough Council in relation to the £100m forward funded residential development at Wirral Waters One delivering 500 residential units (mixed affordable and private rented) with car parking and promenade at the dock waterfront.
  • Selby District Council on land acquisition and CPO to support a multi-modal transport led connectivity improvement scheme at Selby Train Station to stimulate wider city centre regeneration.
