Jyoti's role is to act as the conduit between Risk & Excellence, all the Divisions and Business Support team and Client Partners to ensure delivery of best practice on client care including operational management, compliance and governance. This will include both an internal and external focus in particular with the key strategic clients to drive business performance and strengthen client relationships. Her background is in human resources, employee engagement and operational management having spent six years as Operations Director for DWF's Commercial Services Division. With a detailed knowledge of financial management, establishing operational structures and governance, these are the core foundations to creating a culture of excellence in client care.
