Her practice involves litigation relating to complex consumer and commercial contracts, including professional negligence and the sale of goods and services.Lindsay has over 13 years experience in litigation and heads one of the specialist teams dealing with contractual work.
She acts for both claimants and defendants across a wide range of disputes, in particular those relating to the provision of goods or services (for example, holiday disputes, equine disputes and disputes relating to home improvements), professional negligence claims against solicitors, surveyors, accountants and IFA's, building disputes and Insurance disputes.
Outside of work Lindsay enjoys travel and cooking as well as renovating her house and practicing yoga.
